Data Deletion Instructions

If you interacted with a Golden House advertisement or service and would like your personal data deleted from our systems, follow these steps:

  1. Email andreseixas@outlook.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the name, phone number and/or email address you used, so we can locate your records.
  3. We will confirm receipt, verify the request, and delete your personal data from our lead-management systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., transaction records).
  4. You will receive a written confirmation once deletion is complete.

You may alternatively reply "EXCLUIR MEUS DADOS" to any WhatsApp or SMS message from Golden House and our team will initiate the same process.
