Dora Integrations ("the App") is an internal business application operated by Golden House Group ("Golden House", "we"). It connects Meta's Marketing API to our internal lead-management system ("Dora") so that our licensed real estate agents can serve prospective clients faster and more accurately. Through Meta's APIs the App reads: (a) advertising metadata from our own ad account (campaign names, ad names, creative identifiers, ad preview links); (b) aggregate ad performance metrics; and (c) lead contact information voluntarily submitted by people through our Meta Lead Ads forms (such as name, phone number and email).
We use this data exclusively to operate our real estate services: routing each inquiry to a licensed agent, showing that agent which advertisement generated the inquiry so they can respond in context, and internal business reporting. We do not use this data for any unrelated purpose.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use Meta data to build profiles unrelated to the service the person requested.
Data is processed on our behalf by infrastructure providers under contractual safeguards: our CRM platform, our workflow platform (n8n), our database provider (Airtable), and AI providers used to draft and organize responses. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
We retain lead data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Access is restricted to authorized team members; credentials are stored server-side and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Depending on your location (including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and Brazil's LGPD — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any right, see our Data Deletion Instructions or email us.
